IMPORTANT: Products purchased on sale cannot be returned.
We are committed to providing you with products and services of the highest quality. We want to ensure your full satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund policy, which outlines our guidelines for refunds and exchanges.
1) Conditions for Refund
We only offer refunds in the following cases:

Damaged or defective products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 60 days of receiving the item. We will refund or replace it at no extra cost. It may take up to 10 business days for a refund for a damaged product to be credited to your bank account.
2) No Refunds

We do not issue refunds for unwanted products or products that do not match your personal preferences. It is important that you carefully review your purchase before completing your order.

It is not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed.
3) Exchanges for a Different Size
If the customer selected the wrong size during the purchase, it is possible to request a different size, but only within 12 hours after purchase, before the package is shipped. After that, it is no longer possible.
IMPORTANT: Sizes may vary depending on the brand, so a larger size than ordered online may be delivered to our store.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size after delivery, please follow the instructions below:
a. Returning the product:
You must return the product in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact; otherwise, a refund will not be possible. Items must be returned unwashed, suitable for resale, and with the labels still attached. We reserve the right to deny refunds for items not returned in accordance with this policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned for a refund:

Face and body products if opened, used, or if the protective seal is broken.

Underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or if labels are broken.
b. Shipping costs:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product and for the shipping of the replacement product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.
